Yeap, similar issue here: Dark Route, the scene transition just after Aurora gets corrupted in the "Don't call me Sparky!" Spatula-tossing scene just fades to eternal black after the "Meanwhile..." intermission. I tried it with different previous decisions, the point of failure stays the same.
Okay, went to the patreon page, this updates actially is the first ending for the LOVE ROUTE, that is why it frezzes on the DARK ROUTE after the "Meanwhile..." screen. Ur welcome

This game really is in need of an updated WT so annoying having to chase the update within your save files..
Though I don't think I have a proper save file for love route since I lose all my saves another time.

you think wrong, no mods etc for unitygames. you set relationships when you start game.
Yeah, same issue and i played way further in the past. definitely bugged
it freezes on halloween event for the the love route as well you can only progress to after selena comes in and says she out of time and then you get one more scene with all the girls and then before that scene is about to end game freezes.
and of you save just before it and try to load it's just a black screen and you can't progress I think dev should just add as skip to this halloween event and just make it so the game thinks you've done it so you can check it in the gallery after since it seems to be the most broken part of this game.

i got past it once but was greeted by a black screen where I can't save load or do anything but close the game
