Well, it all depends on the developer's plan for this VN. I did see the new project, I haven't check it out yet. Keep in mind, some developer enjoy working on one or two project for a long time. I really like The Twist, however I have gotten busy and got side tracked. I would be looking forward to restart from beginning of this VN when it is near to the end of the project.

This is not a compressed version of the game. I have only optimized the packing process to save space.
The Installation will normally take around 10 min with a 2C/4T CPU.

Updated the Repack version to 0.47 Final. From now on the Beta will get an Update Patcher and only the Finals will get an Repack.

I've edited the walkthrough to remove the spaces in the earlier numbering, and added back
step 742 and 743 that Anon4321 found in v0.38 of the old walkthrough.

EG:
1. Go to the dining room. Click on the cabinet to take the whisky bottle.

I added 742 and 743 just so it don't look odd, I don't have the drive to edit 200+ steps to correct the numbering.

CPU and GPU are fine, game should run with those
what of ram and which windows are you running

plus have you tried changing the graphics quality, ultra should run fine, but try different setting just in case
also have you tried disabling your antivirus, sometimes that can interfere
as well, check if you have anything running in the background, and see if diabling them helps

Have you tried updating or re-installing your graphics drivers
and have you checked the options in the main menu to see if anything's disabled

That's usually a graphics driver issue, I would recommend updating or re-installing using DDU
