Chance based events are incredibly tedious but porn game devs somehow think they're super engaging and exciting. I mean, what's not to like, loading the same location 15 times, skipping through days in a desperate effort to actually continue the storyline?
That's great fucking gameplay right there.
There's nothing really wrong with
some random events being thrown in, but in this case there's far, far too many.
I honestly hope that when the next project goes into full development, he tones down the "random chance" bs to a far more manageable level.
Personally, there should even be a cut-off point for a lot of the events, where they stop happening after a certain point. Even better, if they'd been done in such a way that they wouldn't even be loaded into the scene if they're not actually obtainable due to progression with characters, and then previous ones not being loaded because they're no longer necessary as part of progression.
