I used the Cheat C+H to increase relationship. I refollowed all of the steps and finally managed to get my conversation with Janice but now I can't fucking find Julia in the pool on step 49:
Wake up at night. Go to the pool and wait for Julia. If she doesn't appear, try it the next night. Make sure you have condoms and lube. Jason and Julia have anal sex.
Choose between "Cum inside" and "Cum outside".

Just though I'd let you all know that I'm currently replayinged the game in accordance to the walkthrough, as in to the letter of the walkthrough and as I'm doingid so I am creatinged saves as I go went along for each part/version of the walkthrough
Now I can't give a schedule of when I'll be adding new saves, just know that they will be coming, hopefully I'll be able to finish before 0.32 gets released.
But to start you off, so far I've completed up to 0.39, and will be starting 0.40 when it is released. my plan is to update the saves a few at a time and in order, so please no requests to skip ahead, they will come when they come.
To add these saves just follow these instructions

HINT: If you are a getting black screen, with just the ladies, after clicking "Load", it might indicate an incompatibility issues with the saves, a fix I find sometimes works is to delete the save folder completely, start a new game and and make a new save, afterwards you can copy the saves below to the newly created save folder.
Note: As well as doing this, I am also reporting any bugs with the game or issues with the walkthrough I come across to the relevant parties, which I hope will result in a number of fixes in the next version of the game and walkthrough

Patreon creators discovered that if they finish a game then take a few months to get the next one going, patrons would stop support until the new game is ready. So the creators now start alternating releasing the last few updates of the old game with the first few of the new game. So that there is always a game with content available to support.

My guess is that The Twist will finish and then the new game will begin a few weeks later. And for that reason I can't see the next update of The Twist landing until September / October, with the new game coming online in October / November. As I say though, I'm only guessing.
Can we remove items somehow? i used the item cheat and now i cant progress in the story where i have to check the cabinets in the pharmecy to get the anal plug. I need to buy vitamin X from the shady gut but i already have it. Can anyone help, would appriciate it

Yeah, don't use the item cheat in the hallway, it's still buggy
To remove it you'll need the cheat mod (link in the signature)
Find the variable "drugs" and change it's variable to 0
That should remove vitamin X from the inventory
Or if you're not comfortable doing that, you can grab a save that close to where you are from the link in my signature as well

Yes, if you over do it you can break the game very easily
What I did, which is how I went about creating my saves (link in the signature), is
Follow the walkthrough to the letter
take each section one at a time
only using the cheat to add money, reset energy to max only and resupplying main inventory
main inventory being, lube, condoms, suntan lotion, Plan B pills, vitamin X, Sleeping Pill, Lactation Pills
But only after I acquire them through playing the game.
As for increasing relationship points, I only increase them after I complete a section of the walkthrough, and only at the level the section tells me they should be at, at that time
