Unfortunately it’s a random thing, all you can do is keep going to the classroom each day
But I have heard you’ll have better luck if you enter the classroom at 15:00

Just keep at it, as it did happen to me, I just kept going back to classroom where I eventually do catch her when she’s not nude and waiting for you.

I start a new game, on day 1 I go to the toilet at school, and there starts a sex scene with Janice, is this normal or a bug?

Is there any way to customize Janice right towards the start? Like can I give her tattoos before she's at 100 affection? I have the screwdriver and whenever I Join her in the shower, I don't get the option

And there's a lesson in Rebecca's class, also at the beginning of the game, when she explains at the blackboard, after a couple of dialogues, only the orbital camera remains working and I can't do anything else. I do not know the passage of the game, maybe at this moment you need to click on something, but I did not find it, and it seems to me that this is a bug.

No, it's another bug, which, fingers crossed, should also be fixed in 0.41Final.
I don't know why people get it, because I only get that bug after step 185, if I try to repeat the homework after the final automatic scene.

No, you can only do those changes as you progress in the game.
If I recall correctly, you'll get the option to "customise her body" once you receive the razor
