Thanks, I had a look and unfortunately I wasn't able to fix it through normal means.
so I had to use the cheat mod to change a variable which got it to work. now all you need to is speak to Janice in the living room to kick the quest off.
I have similar specs
other than I having a
Ryzen 5 5600x
64GB Ram
1200W PSU
it's very similar
The only difference I can see, is I have windows 10 rather than 11
So, it's either windows 11, being that it's still new and as far as I know isn't available for consumers yet, as it's still being worked on.

Other than those, I really can't think what else might be the cause

Nice Pc. Cheers!
Mine is a 2019 year MSI Laptop with RTX2070 and it runs fine with ultra settings on Windows 10. No Stutter or fps drop during animations unless i got my web browser showing HD video on my 2nd monitor, then get 1-2 sec fps drp and lag if i move the animation camera around to fast but is rare to not even notice it or be bothered at that time.
Only suggestion i can think off is to get windows 10 like

Hey man, If you have and idea about it, whats the variable name in the cheat engine for the Text message from Adriana To be sent to jason for the Porn Movies? I have been trying to figure out which it is but havent been able too find it still.

It's - "JanStudio" just change the value to 1
and go straight to talk to Janice in the living room.
You won't get the text from Adrianna, but it will kick things off, once you talk Janice.

FROM WALKTHORUGH->
85. Go to Emma's house on Thursday until 19:00 and knock on the door. Emma asks Jason to come inside. Now click on"Mow the lawn". After Jason mowed Emma's lawn, she gives him $50. Now click on "Ask for glass of water". After she leaves the room, click on the red box on the right side under the TV.
100. Go to Emma's house until 17:00 and click on "Sneak to backyard" to catch Emma sitting by the pool. Click on "Come closer" and "Sit next to her". Emma tells Jason that someone has stolen her pearl necklace. Jason blames Rick for stealing the necklace.
102->103->.....->124. Go to Emma's house until 17:00 and click on "Sneak to backyard" to catch Emma sitting by the pool. Click on "Come closer" and "Sit next to her". Then click on "Grab her" to continue the scene. Finally, click on "Grab her" again to lick Emma's pussy. She passes out and Jason licks her ass and sticks a finger in it.

Hi, can any help. i have problem with walkthrought
856. Go inside the school. Wait for Kira to appear in the corridor and approach her.
When I aproach her, it always freeze.
857. Go home and to Julia's room when she is in there on her bed checking her phone.
This scene is without problem.
858. Go to Billy's home. Rachel is watering the flowers.
I try this almost 35 days and never seen her watering flowers in front house. Not even when i try enter her house.

Only once you ask both kira and julia , then only you can find rachel watering flowers.
But since asking kira your game freezes then tell us what version of the game your using, and should try asking julia first then go to school , wait in corridor until you see kira 2nd time and try again apporching her to ask again. If the game still freezes then it could be a bug in this current update or the previous one , which we may know after you let us know which game version your using.
