What part of the game were those caps from I don't recall this part of the game where she is prgo.
most likely a fan creation, because other than Janice, you can't make anyone else pregnant

Export resources from the game. After extraction, import in any 3D editor, connect textures. There's a lot I can't reproduce: Change of clothes for the ladies somehow cleverly made (probably some script has been applied), not all the characters and scenes are available unfortunately. Need more in-depth knowledge of Unity. If anyone has any knowledge, please share.
The animation was done separately with the help of the AI

It's a long time since I payed this last, but I am unable to raise Janice beyond 115.
Pool massage, living room massage, kitchen touching does nothing.
All options in the bathroom leads to a deduction of points.
What am I missing?
Questlog says nothing, and I don't remember any of the dialogue hinting at what you should do.

I wouldn't put much trust in the quest log, walkthrough is the better choice.
Have you tried
-Janice catching you watching porn in the living room at night
-Catching her sunbathing at the pool, make sure you have suntan lotion
-Have you gone beyond just massaging her shoulders in the livingroom
No forgot about the night one, have only met Julia during that time but forgot the tv. Have to try that.
Other than that, tried the sunbathing and all options during massage and interaction during the night in her bedroom.
Sunbathing leads to her getting angry every time.
Then most likely it's watching porn at night,
Just wake up, go to the living room, click on the TV and continue watching, might have to repeat until Janice appears, also the first time you do it, increases your energy by 5.

I just tested the walkthrough, it happened exactly as described, are you sure you didn't skip anything
John will not be in the living room until 20:00
Must have done something wrong, just tried to skip days to when he was home again and now it works.
Since you seem to know a lot and are being kind to help. How do you raise Danielle to above 80?
Walkthrough seems to say that it's need to be at 100/120 to succeed in part 348, but the massage on the beach only raise it to 80, and catching her in the park does nothing.
I have tried selecting "Touch them" but every time, 12/12 so far it fails.
Update: succeeded one time, getting her to 90, next 2 times failed, one success again and to fails.
So I cant see any way to progress, it just goes from 80 to 90 and back to 80.
If this is the only way to progress with her it is idiotic, you could spend the rest of your life getting nowhere.
Sorry for these questions, I'm really trying to like this game, but it annoys me that a lot of the content is "locked" behind guesswork, no hints, quests that unlocks but you cannot progress because the next part are miles away in content and you have no way to know that.
And also that you have to follow the walkthrough 1 to 1 if you want to get any coherent progression.

According to the walktheough
when start at step 336, Dannielle should be at 80, which is correct
and 349 she should end with 150
Unfornately there only one thing you can do, and is a 50/50 chance of succeding and that's step 348
you just need to keep at until you succeed
or
you use the cheat in the hallway (C+H on keyboard) to increase her points to 100
to get - Click on "Touch them" to let Jason touch her breasts.
then you can use the hallway cheat again to increase her to 120
so you can Click on "Taste the nipple" to let Jason suck on her nipple.
Then you can move onto step 349
