There is, it just that it hasn't been uploaded here yet
So I've been chatting and sleeping for two weeks (in game), trying to unlock the Julia and Kira dream. Thought that after DL complete save 0.38, it would include the dream already done with. Can't progress cuz who knows what other game breaking dialogue I might encounter. Am I going to have to reach a whole month of chatting and sleeping or can anyone post their 0.38 save with the dream completed?
The 0.38 save would include the dream
just make sure after you ask Julia if she going out with Kira, you are sleeping in Jason bed
and check the dream list each night
I just tested my "Completes 0.38" save and it appeared no problem on the 2nd night
Just make sure you are sleeping in Jason's bed

I just download v 48 and after extract when click on exe program it's crash every time any solution?
Just to win some time.
Try redownloading. Check that the game is about 12.5Go after compression (extracted).
And then, look for a message error. A log or something to explain the crash.
Then give your specs (tell us about your computer, CPU, graphic card, ram, Windows).
Because right now, you don't give us much to work with.

CPU, GPU model, amount of ram
and the first 10 lines of the crash, if you have one, from the following location

NTR is avoidable, unfortunately in the 0.48 update, there is a scene with Kira and her step father that for the looks of is not avoidable.

It's most likel you gave Rebecca the ltex suite way too early in the game, unforthunately this is a bug, and doing so has blocked progression for Rebecca and Kelly
To fix it you'll need to change the valus of a variable
1-Giving the Rebecca the Latex outfit before it's time
Resulting in missing dialogue options and the permanentclosure of the pharmacy at 8pm/20:00

From this, the problem is most likely caused by the Nvidia GPU, at least that's what the research is telling me
Try updating the Nvidia driver
or if that doesn't work
Try using the the intel graphic, which I assume you have

But brother Nvidia 940 is 2 gb graphice card and indeed I have integrated Intel grphice card of 5000 series. I will try and tell you after .
From what I can find the 940M is a low/mid GPU, and while should be able to run the game, at least from what I've read
you might have to reduce the graphics quality and disable some option from the main menu to get it to run.

I've had this problem with AMD graphics card before and was fixed by updating the driver.
Note: AMD driver support is crap! it's not worth the few pennies saved to buy their cards if the software to run it on is piss poor. So I can not recommend AMD graphics cards until AMD step up the support for their products.
The 940M can run the game on ultra with minimal lag, but defiantly update the Nvidia driver as the Intel HD5000 integrated graphics will do a poor job of running the game.
