It's most likel you gave Rebecca the ltex suite way too early in the game, unforthunately this is a bug, and doing so has blocked progression for Rebecca and Kelly

To fix it you'll need to change the valus of a variable

1-Giving the Rebecca the Latex outfit before it's time
Resulting in missing dialogue options and the permanentclosure of the pharmacy at 8pm/20:00
POSSIBLE FIX - you'll have to edit a variable using the cheat mod or a

While there is a diary on Jason’s PC that will allow to replay some scenes, around 3-4
the rest you’ll have to repeat the actions you did before, or click certain option that will allow to repeat certain scene at certain times.
