I know this question has been asked A LOT, because I did the search.
I understand, user, user name, app.......kst, twist.
Once there, show hidden files.
Now there is additional folders and files.
It would seem reasonably that the save has to in a specific locations within sub folders or files? Not dropped in some random spot.
Specifically, Which / Where to find and/or put the save file?

You need to set "show hidden files, folders and drives" (recommend you untick "hide extensions for known file types" while you are there also) first

"C:\Users\YOUR_USER_NAME\AppData\LocalLow\KsTgames\The Twist\"

In "The Twist" folder you'll see the "Crashes" and "Unity" folder, you'll also see "GameSettings.dat" "SystemConfig.sfg" and "output_log.txt" files.

This is where you put/find your save (playerInfo.dat) file.

it has nothing with relationship point
all you can do is place it in shower and check it each day

Just follow the walkthrough and you'll get it
you just have to make sure you've done steps 901 and 941

But if you use my 0.48 save, you just have to do the 0.49 content

but it's not one I'd recommend using

You need to download 0.49final, that's a bug in the Beta

It has happened 0 percent of the time. what points do I need to have at this point I continued on and have her over 200. also, the guide just said I needed to sleep with her once in order to do it.

did you by any chance artificially increase her points
and where did you sleep with her

Because if you're following the walkthrough, you should have slept with her in a couple of places
