but the current one should still work
it simply activates any secret scenes that are added in new updates
there isNo new updates for Billy
when you are at the hospital with Rachel and Julia
haven't tried, but there might even be one more scene if you install the incest patch

They're there, because they're always there when you load that area... Like everywhere else.
Hiding/showing relevant characters/events will be fixed when the Final release of the current version is done. Remember, you're playing a Beta release.
so this game says it cracked but to save, you need to be part of the creators patreon? Isnt there a way round this?

Because for me, it works fine.
I didn't find a way to close the loop to start your browser. But all you have to do is close the window and the game allows you to load your saved games and to save ingame.
So, game becomes playable fully. Not?

You do get sent to your browser to open your patreon account. But just close that window. And the load button isn't grayed out.
