I think you are making a mistake.
The I patch have nothing to do with saves or not much to do with saves.
The I patch is a single file that's added to your game.
You add the I patch to your game, all the saves get unlocked I content.
You remove the file, all the saves lose access to the I content.
The file in question is:
GameSettings.dat
I could be wrong about the file. But I'm pretty sure it's this one.

This scene remains a mystery to me. Why did the developer abandon it? Why didn't you make a branch where Julia chooses to live with her father? Why is this scene needed at all?
And yes, those options would be nice too.

i want to finish it... i polly stopped somewhere at v40. mainly caz of it being too slow on my pc. i think once i followed some tips and world-load-time was reduced but for a short time.
