System specs -> CPU, GPU, RAM and if you're running off a Solid State Drive or Hard Disk Drive.
Based on the CPU and 8GB RAM, I'd say your system's relatively old. If you don't have a GPU then you're running from on-board graphics (the CPU probably) so that might be related to the issue, but I can't be sure. Haven't touched on-board graphics in a long, long time.

There's also the possibility that it just happens as another quirk of Unity or one of the plugins KST used to make the game and its/their interaction with your graphics processor.

I'm stuck on step 29 of the walkthrough, I can't get Kelly to tell me what time her break is at the pharmacy so I can't advance the story. I've followed the walkthrough to a T right up to step 29, I've tried a couple times, restarted the game and tried again, tried at different times etc. Anyone know wth is going on?

Any ideas anyone? Would like to play when I get home.

Jason can't chat with her yet without relationship point, so maybe try to buy condom & sun lotion to get 10 points, then chat with her, then go talk with Billy (Jason will asking Billy about the brunette), next day Jason can chat/tell Kelly about something that 'she is more cute/prettiest than any girls with the same age as him' or something like that anyway to get extra 10/5 point, then Kelly should be tell Jason when her break time is

Why are you playing the game at a lower resolution than your monitor's native resolution?

The only time you should be playing at a lower res, is when playing windowed (makes it easier to alt-tab to the walkthrough & back). Otherwise it just looks awful.

And that the game has some kind of strong graphics? I think this game will work even on a calculator.

Is there a way to increase Julias outfit score without you having to go to her room every day?
Talking with her in her room about her outfit raises it by 1 during the night, but then she is back in her normal clothes again and you have to go though it again to get another point, seems weird as Janices score goes up by itself.

Yes and then mess up the savegame so things doesn't work.
Already I can't earn money with the hooded guy as he won't receive the medicine anymore after the quest to deliver the parcel to Adrianna. And that is without cheating.
So am stuck with earning 100 each week and an extremely slow progression as you never have enough money for anything.

Does it? I've never seen any issues with it, the fact your game is broken while mine isn't seem to say different
Guess it comes down to how you cheat and how careful you are about saving at key points so you can backtrack if you screw something up.

Are you installed the Cheat Menu plugin? if you are you can check (or change) a certain 'value' for a specific scene to trigger (Yes, some 'value' indeed connect to another 'value' so if you don't know what your doing best to leave it alone). but in your case I believe your 'job' value should be '1' (1 after you take the 'medicine' job, 2 before you take the job). So, to put it simply your 'value' should be 'job 1' & 'medicine 1' , different that that it maybe the cause of your bug

Tried that, both are at job 1 and Medicine 1.

Hoodiejob is at 0, what you suggested was what I tried.
It's not the biggest issue, I can add money though either the cheat menu or the build in cheat option, at a rate that matches the medicine quest.
Not the best solution, but if there is a bug it's fine.

Nowhere in the walkthrough did it mention talking to dumbass billy beforehand, thank you for pointing that out.

I stole medicine for the shady guy way before I came across it in the walkthrough. What's troubling is that I actually found the butt plug. Now when I do the naked apron scene with Janice on weekend mornings, Jason still inserts a butt plug in her but when I go for the follow-up scene (washing dishes), I don't get the option to check her butt plug. The game acts as if it's not there. I'm thinking it's because I obtained the butt plug way too early.
So the questions are
1) Is there a second butt plug to steal/buy at the pharmacy? - I've tried 10+ times but haven't found it
2) Can this be corrected through the cheat plugin?

1. Only 1 buttplug, the scene when Janice washing dishes with buttplug is random (sometimes she using it, sometimes don't). If Janice score is 250 or higher, Jason knows what Anal meant, already done the Janice's birthday event, and of course had stolen the buttplug (by getting the job from the hoodie guy), as long as these conditions are met even though you haven't seen it in the guide yet the event will trigger.
2. Maybe if you know what the 'value' is. But as far you don't change any value manually (through plugins) I don't think it's a bug just a random event.
3. If indeed somehow it is a bug, I'm pretty sure you can just ignore it

P.S. I got the Julia and Janice buttplug scene at midnight even though Jason hadn't stolen the butt plug yet.

I am having an issue triggering the Graffiti clean up of the LifeGuard station for Danielle. Whenever I grab her ass she lets Jason proceed to sex instead of stopping him thus I cannot further sequence mentioned in the guide.
