KsT doesn't release games this early. Wait till around 5 to 7 pm Eastern Time Zone. Also you shouldn't delete the current (17) version until the final is released because of any bugs. Its always good to be able to redo a save on a stable version if the new one has too many bugs.

I guess you mean the author of the game with alias KsT? I don't think he is from a state. Unless hes been to states and is coming back right now, than yeah.. idk :FeelsGoodMan:

When it's out, it'll be posted here soon enough.
KsT said an hour ago that he's almost finished. So given no major bugs found, posting the changelog, uploading the file and posting the links, it will be out in an hour or 2.
Then it has to be posted here, add another hour.
