The scenes have been available since 0.16, you just have to choose one or the other, 10x each, for each character to get all the scenes.
Currently there are rough/gentle scenes for
Janice - Nightly visits, Julia's room, beach
Rebecca - at her house
Adrianna - When she visits you at night.
You can speed up the process using the hallway cheat on 0.18

I think you might have misunderstood the word final from 0.18FINAL, in this case all it means is it's final update of the current version.
No it is not finished...Stop going by words in a filename and go by what it says on Patreon for your game status.
Someone could explain me why I can't get the "Ask about her friend" option with Kelly? I've been following a guide but it says "Make sure you have 30+ score with her and "Ask about her friend“ but i have 60 and still I cant.
