Emma, eventually. Get her points high enough (and not by cheating, otherwise you might miss a trigger event!) and there's plenty of content for Emma.
To get things started with Emma, you'll need to talk to mom and Kelly about the adoption.
As far as I know there's no pregnancy in the game (but I stopped playing after v0.18 or so).

Did you do this step in walkthrought 356. Go to the pharmacy shop. Talk to Kelly. She will ask to replace her at work. After that she will give you sleeping pills. if not you must do or you will not get step 372 ok

Anyone playing with Mac having difficulties moving the camera in the bathroom? I have the camera Icon but for some reason it wont allow me to move it at all. I had the same issue with the bedroom at one point but I could move it later on
