Apparently there is a bug with Emma. I approach to her home only trying to speak but it is impossible: that triggers the masturbation scene so you cannot speak with her. Also you cannot mow the lawn either.

I suppose must wait until 0.08a will be released.

The mother pissing on the mc in the shower after having spied on her and getting caught 3 times is not new.
However I have found an extension of the pet suit scene when she visits you at night and you select that.
And I too would like to know how to find the Mom+Billy scene?

Mom and sis anal scenes are just progression of normal 3some scene at the pool. After choosing mom and sister one time each i got "keep fucking pussy" and "switch to anal" options for both characters.

Pretty short addition. I'm waiting for his walkthrough now. Change logs say 49 new animations. I find less.
