While I'm sure it's not the same mistake I did.
But just in case it is, Rachael is Billy's mom, so you need to be outside billy's house to catch her husband
also the walkthrough say "After 20:00" so between 20:00-22:00

The power button top right and click "quit and save" and no, you can't save without quitting

it works like this . version 0.30final -> next version 0.31 beta1 -> 0.31 beta2 -> 0.31 final
