press "win+R" on the keyboard and type - %userprofile%\AppData\LocalLow\KsTgames\The Twist
Win key is normally located next to the left "ctrl" key with the symbol of the windows flag

I really need ur help. Could someone play through the quest showing julia some kind of video? Im stuck for a long time on this quest and cant continue,dont want to start the whole game from the beggining cause it took me a lot of time to get to this. Im at version 20 or 21 and cant progress till this day further on the game. If someone could play through and upload the save i would really apreciate that. Sorry for bad english. HELPPP

It's more than likely you're grabbing the wrong bottle from the hospital.
It's the one with the RED cap, you should find it on the top shelf.

Looks like it's another issue where the game thinks you've already done something you haven't

The variable you need is "mail1" you need set its value to "1" and the coupon should appear in your inventory

Cant find it....maybe u got a save file from a version 0.24? i could start from there and just skip that quest
