Havnt looked at this game for about six months so here we go!. Is the incest patch still required?

It was never actually required, and really only adds two things.
1 - Makes Janice and Jason biological relatives.
2 - Sex between Billy and his mother.

Is it me or this game runs slowly? I mean, if I go from "X" place to "Y" place it takes a little while to load it (I can run games like the witcher and so other in my PC, so is strange it does this)

There is a programmed delay between locations. One of the cheats/mods in this thread can be used to make the transitions faster, but I believe it can result in game-breaking bugs if not implemented carefully.

By double clicking it ?

If it appears as a folder instead of an app, add .app to the folder name (an app on Mac is nothing but a folder masquerading as a file)

Is there possible to complete game without following exact walkthrough steps order?
In early versions there was soft-locks/bugs when you miss/change order of walkthrough steps. Is this true for complete version?

First, delete all the crap after the file name extension. Then do yourself a favour and get The Uninstaller for unzipping, unrarring etc.

Edit: in case S1bo doesn't read the follow-up posts, it should be The Unarchiver, not The Uninstaller . Credits to SuperMaxo for pointing out this embarrassing blooper.

Decided to give this game a go and saw everyone saying how the walkthrough is important. Quick question, when it says "up to 50" does that mean I need to do that step until she reaches 50 or can I go on to step 6 where it says she needs 35 points to trigger the event.

But it says I have to add patch local disk c but my game save in the disk d and I added the patch in the appdata/kstgame in disk d but it didn't work. My game is 0.52.01 cracked. Please help me

It means that it will give +5 points each time, until 50 have been reached.
