Just go into the school corridor and if she isn't there wait an hour and keep doing that until she shows up. IF you go in at 13:00 and just wait in the hallway, she will eventually appear.
You can also try leaving the school and re-entering which sometimes works to reset the randomizer.

369. Go to School on weekends at 16:00 or later and go inside. Choose between "Be gentle" and "Be rough".
