You must be new here.why the game it not tagged: Completed since it is final version?
Final doesn't mean completed, it means the final release of the current version before starting on the next update.
e.g. 0.37Beta --> 0.37Beta2 --> 0.37Final --> 0.37VeryFinal
The next would be
e.g. 0.38Beta --> 0.38Beta2 --> 0.38Final
and so on and so forth
Note: 0.37VeryFinal has not been uploaded here because it doesn't work with the crack.
Indeed, but we should aim further. Some things don't age well. Minor arts don't age well.
These still images you speak of are most of the time pictures taken from 3D models. It's not like comic book or something. The are 3D models, turned into 2D images. I don't think it's an artistic choice. But a lack of skills and resources. So, I can't agree with you.
KST made the models, did the still pictures in many situations and in some scenes, he gave a small freedom to move the camera and pick a few elements (clothes, events etc...).
I didn't find that in other games.
Maybe that the scripts (texts, dialogues etc...) isn't as good. But I'm not capable of judging, as I didn't spend the necessary time to explore and compare.
But that's the issue. We turn obsolete forms into classical forms.
Like bankind. Why use a bank when you can use cryptocurrencies to move your wealth from a country to another? Well, because banks hire people, and these people could lose their jobs. Well paying jobs.
In fact, it would be like paying people to carry water rather than use modern plumbing. Imagine that? Paying a dude to bring you water every time you want to take a bath.
That's what happens when we forget to update the tech we own.
For chess, we had computers in the 90s capable of beating the best players. While no AI can beat a good Starcraft player in our days. And go write that you are an awesome Starcraft II champion on your resume. People will laugh at you. Write that you are champion in chess... And the same people will be amazed. It's about prestige. A fake value most of the time.

Once I tried KST's The Twist... I don't see the point of other games anymore. And I've tried many. Some have a boring RPG element, you spend your time looking for the next action to move the story. Or you have to click your way through pages and pages of boring text. Or you have ugly graphics, annoying noises, grindy events to rise a score, repeating the same action a billion times like hunting boars for 1xp point in an MMORPG to not get raped by PVP experts... I never had such issue with The Twist. Of course, I needed a walkthrough for many things, but it was provided. And it's rather easy to use.
Not perfect. But huge potential.
I wish other games were made in the same engine. And with upgrades of course.

does this mean that the 0.37 is a newest version that dont have crack yet? or 0.37 will never be cracked?,
0.37Final has been cracked, you can download it from the OP. it still has some bugs, but it's still playable, although the main one is when you complete it.
0.37VeryFinal was the fix of those bugs, but no one has been able to crack it so far. and it's most likely we'll have to wait for 0.38 to be released, but there's no guarantee that 0.38 will be cracked when it's released.
You should be aware that the cracking of the game pertains to allowing you to save and load, without it you'd have to start a new game each time.
Or, you can sign for $1 at KsT's patreon as that's all you need to connect.

My friend, of course we have to aim further and I'm certainly not saying that we shouldn't. And off course progress is essential... I never said that it wasn't. Furthermore, I agree that so much of the 3D art seen in porn games is substandard to the point of being insulting to the viewer. The consumer generally wants quantity over quality, and lazy game makers are quite happy to deliver the former over the latter in return for a constant flow of Patreon subscriptions.
However, when I gave you those many examples of seemingly archaic pastimes that human beings still enjoy, I had hoped that you would see my point that worthiness is not reliant on modernity. I can enjoy a Turner seascape AND a Banksy mural at the same time. I don't have to compare them or choose between them. I just enjoy them for there artistic value. Similarly I can play Total War AND Chess and enjoy both. Or I can play The Twist AND Meteor by GoblilnBoy and get equal fapping pleasure from both games. I don't have to limit my choices to one or the other.
And here's some final food for thought for you to digest. Where would your Utopian future of cryptocurrency and Starcraft II be without electricity? It would only take one geomagnetic reversal induced power cut to render all that technological advancement obsolete. Perhaps then you would learn the true value of a good book and a game of Chess?

I'm sorry to say that KsT currently has no plans to add sound, it it would be a looong process and given the length of the game, and even longer one.
Maybe once the game is completed, but even then, it's doubtful.
I haven't played the twist since version 0.34. that's why I may have missed it, but since when do you need a crack to save?
From 0.36 onward.
The current crackable version is 0.37 "Final", and not the "Final-Final" version. Which is a pity because the "Final-Final" is the one that finally fixes the bug for finding the note under Danielle's bed - It actually being visible again.
No idea yet if future versions will be cracked, and if not then the only option in the future to play & load/save as normal will be by becoming a patron.
Yeah, at least you only need to sign up for the $1 tier to be able to play it.
