1-Speak to Danielle at her house
2-Head back to Jason's room
3-Go to the park
4-Speak to Emma (and this is where the game breaking happens)

it seems if you don't play the dream of young Janice and Dannielle before meeting Emma, the looping bug I came across doesn't happen.

and it seems if you don't play the dream of young Janice and Dannielle before meeting Emma, the looping bug I came across doesn't happen.

If you look approximately 3 cm above your comment then you will find exactly what you are looking for.

And it looks like that the old bug preventing you from doing anything else in Kira's bedroom if you do the first superhero party sex scene is still there. Preventing my from clicking on the iron to burn Kira's dress.
So make sure you don't give Julia the superhero costume before burning kira's dress.

Update on the Emma Massage Looping Bug
Playing the young Danielle and Janice Dream Scene at anytime will trigger it.
