I don't think so, I had only done a few early quests (I had just started playing) and that's about it. So once I saw the final came out, I immediately downloaded it and used the patch and everything else.
And I hate NTR, so not really into it.

Yeah, the incest part won’t kick in if you’re still very early in the game.
You’ll have to wait until you get to the parts of 0.40,
This Isn’t like those where you put in the incest patch and everything is incest from that moment.
You have to play the story until you get the DNA report. And right now, the story says she’s his adopted mother.

And I need your help with this one, related to the mira's homework. I completed Rebecca's path, she kicked out her husband and the MC has V/A sex with her and met her in park 2 days in a row but still in the school when MC asks her for help with kira's HW, she refuses. I think thats all there was in Rebecca's path (as per Walkthrough). So how to progress on that one, could you tell?
or anyone else.

Unfortunately, sometimes, I'm not 100% in your case, if you go too far ahead with certain characters, you can miss triggers for others and there's no way to get them back.
That's why I never advice anyone to complete separate character's quest line, as some characters effect others, and if you don't do a certain action at a certain point that's it, you missed your chance.

Hey guys can someone help me pls, i dunno why danielle's tattoos don't show on her, i used the cheat to have the tattoo and piercing and only the latter shows on her, is a bug or what?
It's more than likely a bug
but try putting on her tattoos at her home
just catch her there and there should be an option of tattoos.

Probably, that's exactly I must have done to ruin it. Because in a lot of games you can progress one character or there are ingame hints to help you through, unfortunately this game's hints are just quest logs.
And I think I have asked Rebecca to help me with my homework, but still whenever I click on "talk" there are still 2 options : #1 Help with mira's HW and #2 help with my homework.

Well, you missed a very crucial step
and that is to wait for Rebecca in the park between 20:00-23:00
now
you can now visit Rebecca's house at night after 20:00 and continue doing more things in the classroom with Rebecca
oh and no spoilers if you think this is the end of Rebecca's involvement, you're wrong. and you might want to check the school toilet every now and again.
Piece of advice, do not depend on the quest log, I consider it be a waste, use the walkthrough.

EDIT : I tried visiting Rebecca after 20:00, it just gives me -10 relationship everytime. What to do?
