Can anyone please upload a save file with 45 stamina before Threesome scene {Emma & Mom}.

You can't, KsT hasn't set that up yet, and I think it's going to be a while before he does
I think this is bugged for mac users. Whenever I try to use mom's panties it says I'm too tired even though I have 5/5 energy and even after using he cheat

How to get it
1- Sit next to Janice/Mom in living room
2- Get Whisky
3- Give Whisky to Janice in dining room when she's drunk
4- Sit next to Janice/Mom in living room
5- Approach Billy
6- Speak to Kelly at Pharmacy
7- Purchase all items (you can use hallway cheat to get money without consequence)
8- Talk to Kelly
9- Talk to Billy
10- Talk to Kelly
11- Sit next to Janice/Mom in living room
12- Using Hallway cheat to increase Kelly's points to 30 ONLY
13- Visit Kelly at 14:00, accept offer
14- Sit next to Janice/Mom in living room
15- Talk to Kelly
16- "Ask about her friend" should now appear
Do you mean at the beach or the pool?
At the beach once you've reach a certain number of relationship points and maximised either gentle or rough during night visits then it will work.
Same with the pool, just doesn't need gentle or rough to be used
