I have a bug where if I go hide in wardrobe of julia's room at night (when she isn't there), she comes back to room and sits on bed but nothing else happens, I can move camera around but neither Janice shows up nor can I get out.
I have seen the buttplug swapping scene but not the one where Jason joins them

These are instructions on how to activate the NTR scenes.
NOT NEEDED IF NOT ON THE NTR/BILLY ROUTE
(skippable) To Unlock the secret NTR scenes do the following:
1. Sneak into Rachel's bedroom/house at 20:00
2. Go back to Janice's Bedroom, wait at 22:00, add sleeping pill
3. Sneak into Rachel's bedroom/house again, Stay
4. "Search the room".
5. Click on the drawer on the left (below the books)
6. At school, 13:00 Ask Bill to "Mom swap" . "Go back home alone"
7. Next day 13:00 Ask Bill to "Mom swap" again. "Go to the beach".
8. Visit Billy's house and investigate a noise.
For now we know of 2 extra scenes provided by the patch

crak doesn't work i have changed the file in managed but it still doesn't let me save or load the game, futhermore using it, it leaves you with full energy 350/350 and the impossibility to close the inventory and to quit the game normally if you start a new game it is only me or there is some one else with the same problems?

This only happens if you're using the wrong crack
Grab the working one from my signature.
If you can't see the signature, click your name on the top right, click preferences,
and make sure "Show people's signatures with their messages" is checked

Anyone have any idea what are the conditions needed for Jason to ask Kelly about Yuki?
I have followed em inside the dungeon and even recorded and showed at hospital. (From cheat debugger, didn't use it only installed to read the variables, says the bdsm questline is at 4)
The side note is cant add kelly +5 beyond 330 using C+H menu, even though I can increase it till 400 using Danielle+Kelly movies.
I see other people had similar issues in thread but solution offered was to just download a save but I am playing for first time and don't wanna miss out on story :\
Edit: My progression is very uneven when it comes to characters so I'll add/lose progression on a foreign save

Word of warning there is a bug if you haven't already done Danielle's lifeguard quest, which unfortunately also effects Michelle progress and won't be fixed until 0.42
I don't if it will affect you, but you should be aware just in case.

Also I didn't encounter the lifeguard bug, thank god. Dodged a bullet there i guess
Edit: Or maybe not seems like Michele doesn't have option to help with anal training even when steve is out. (I have asked her about it during day and she said come later). I only get "look for kira room" and "go home" options.
Edit 2: Guess doing the superhero event fucks it up since the kira room option overrides anal training option, rip. Will wait for 0.42 fix

She recognizes it as her stolen necklace and realizes that Rick is not the one who stole it. Jason confesses to be the thief and apologizes. Janice is mad at Jason.

Unfortunately I don't know what else you might have missed, maybe you missed talking to Emma about the necklace at the pool where Jason says Rick might have stolen it.
But I did try my "complete 0.25" save and it triggered fine, it just took a couple of tuesdays.

I just tested mine and I have no issues with the scene, so it's not a bug
Is Julia still running away when she catches you getting a BJ from Janice at the pool
and did you use the cheat at, for example maximizing everyone's points
because I've heard of this before and that was cause, basically maximizing the relationship points you end up breaking the game.
