I downloaded the game because I wanted to play it for the first time.
I opened the walkthrough and was just amazed at its volume.
Now I'm even afraid to start))

Don't be afraid.
Follow the walkthrough, step-by-step and don't cheat. Also make sure to repeat each action that gives "+points" until they stop giving them.

Does KsT have any plans to expand pregnancy content? As far I know there's only Janice (who can only get pregnant in one scene), and a side character that Kelly banishes and you never see again after impregnating her.

Don't expect a fix for this
The issue is how the game is coded and optimised, the way the works, is when it loads a new location, it loads EVERYTHING that happens in the location, and I mean EVERYTHING, only making things visible depending on your choices and hiding the rest. and that is why when transitioning to locations, it slow.

unfortunately, yes, it’s always the case, and it happens every time
and no, to my knowledge, there‘s no cache and there’s no way to make one without rebuilding the entire game.
