It looks like I have to delete the game and reinstall it
While I would expect it to work with a windows system, no matter what version. I wouldn't know why it's not working with windows 7. Other than it being a windows 7, maybe, so it could be that the version of Unity used to make the game doesn't work windows windows 7 anymore.
You could try a couple things, updating your graphics driver or any other drivers that might be out of date, see if there's anymore updates to download through windows update, although, Microsoft did stop supporting windows 7 on January 14th, 2020 . and if you can, try it on a different system, preferably one with windows 10.
and while this might not appeal to you, as last resort, maybe upgrade your windows 7 to windows 10

No, once you reject her, she shouldn't be asking to join you anymore.
As long as you're not making Janice's bed the default bed each day, you just need to do it once.
I've test it and it works

i can't get the rachel's ass fucking scene at her home.. everytime i tried she always go back to the pussy scene and said " she's still not comfortable for that".. can anybody help with this? and i already did follow the walkthrough... do i have to do some task before that?? or is there some time sequence?? i can't understand.. so please help me with this..
To find Julia using the computer, repeat the Julia and Kira dream
1-Speak to Julia in her bedroom, ask if she's going out with Kira again
2-Make Jason's bed the main bed
3-Check the dreams list for Julia and Kira, might take a couple of night
4-after the dream go to Jason's room

It's not a bug, be at park "sit on bench" and keep clicking "sit a bit longer" until she appears
I just tried it and she appeared 14:00 for me.
