did anyone managed to fix the Remote Desktop rotation problem in this game? (or in any other unity3d game AFAIK)

If the computer that you are running the game has a Nvidia Graphics card on try using

to stream the game instead of Remote Desktop.

The one who created the archive, botched it. It's easy to fix though. Rename the enclosing folder (the one that contains the folder Content) to TheTwist050.app
The first part is not important, but the extension is.
Alternatively, you can start the game by going to Contents/MacOs and opening TheTwist050MAC
If the game doesn't run, see my post which john1230 quoted.

thank you dude!! this is all what i wanted to hear! so it is a game bug then, i assume lactations scenes with no milk are also a bug with ver 0.50

It is a bug and unfortunately there no fix for it.. at least until the game gets updated.

I downloaded the 0.50 version and I’m trying to trigger step 534 where Emma and Michelle meet each other while Emma is jogging. I’ve clicked on Jason’s house but all I get is the scene where he sees Michelle for the first time.

A AAA game running at ultra setting can be taxing on the GPU so running at 100% is not unheard of, but for this game to be taxing your GPU this much is unusual.
