Total nonsense! (sorry to replay to you after 1 month but it is very friendly and I respect your point os views)
He was simply busy... in times where covid-19 can cause familiar problems.
I think he does not want message his problems.. if problems are private.
In case if he will post something that talk about the reasons of the delay the speculations will continue but this time people will replay that on a private behaviour..
he has already made this mistake in the past.. and the replays from strangers on a private issue is not a good thing.. especially if these problems are real and touch private sector.
Personally I totally agree with saddog:
(I do not know him... but I respect his privacy as I respect the privacy of all my friends)
There is no reason to post something that will be read as an "excuse" for the delay...
The better way is posting when the new release will be ready as it happened yesterday
So the fact that he made one post in June it doesn't mean that the game was abandoned.
Just search in the past of this thread and you will see how many useless speculations this rule cause.
the abandoned tag is just a silly rule of this website that doesn't care about the differences between an abandoned game after its first release and one that has a nearly complete history that started many years ago.
When a story is so advanced in its development it is practically impossible for its developer to abandon it ... the game was playable even in version 0.8.5 which I still have in my archive ....
The CGs and the models are valuable material for a game developer and they are copyright © protected...
no one can use the models of this game without the permission of the author.
I have started to support 2 games that was declared as abandoned in this site:
1) Lida in Dec 2019 to Jan 2020
2) The Tyrant in the December 2020 until Jan 2021
Many will believe that I am a fool who supports abandoned games ...
but I appreciate the stories and especially the models...
so I do not choose at random just because abandoned...
surely a story abandoned at version 0.0.1 will never see a penny from me...
but if the game works fine even if it is not complete ... I will support it when my budget allows it.

this game is a grind, but you cheat and play the different paths faster. and yes the lines are the same if you make the same choices.Did anybody test the repeatable events? It was pretty immersion breaking for me when you first become an gangmember and you meet Cassandra in the kitchen and she asks you if you are a gangmember now and if she could go down in the basement with you (sex scenes) only for her to repeat the same lines the next day

That looks like a different error. I can see what's causing it.The thing what happens when you seel drugs with Cas for the first time on the corruption path:
Ignoring it triggers more and you can press ignore until you are back in the main menu.You don't have permission to view the spoiler content. Log in or register now.
Seems like Saddog added an extra "r" when he declared the "citytripcassandracorruption" variables for the checks in a few places, including the help_cassandra.rpy and help.rpy files.
I didn't run into that error because I was playing with the help option turned off.
A temp work around is to turn off the help option completely before you finish the first drug deal with Cassandra and until you go the Cassandra's Corruption weekend event, as it actually declares the incorrectly spelled variable in there and sets it to True. Then you can turn the help option back on.
That should work until a some releases a bug-fix.

NTR scenes start only if your relationship with girls is down 5 points
so if you can stay away from the ntr scenes only if you gift the girls with flowers and other things even of you leave ntr on
with NTR off your relationship with girls will not decrease every night
but what happens in the basement when you cannot access ... is a secret
as in the real life

in this game you can leave NTR on and go for ntr only on 1 or 2 girls... if you gift your mom you will never wath ntr scenes with Nicole but you will be able to see NTR only with Cassandra or Irene.. etc etc
or you can go ntr only on Nicole and not on your sisters
