I have gotten MC out of the hospital and so there are only 2 things that set it apart. The one I like is the quality renders, far superior to most of the games here. The other one I detracts from the game. Having multiple options for most of the sex scenes. Again so far all I see is a porn movie that is a game. Although there is a story it's only there to lead to the next sex scene. Don't get me wrong because what really sets this apart is the animations. They are superb. Best I've seen on this site.
