A few days is a very minor delay in this player's eyes. Real life comes first. I follow many games that claim monthly updates, or updates every 2 months, that are 7+ months since an update; some postpone pledges, but many don't. Clear communication makes a huge difference; if a dev posts vagaries that sound like a high schooler's excuses for not having their homework, that tends to be a red flag. You have always been responsive and clear in communications, and don't bullshit.

Hello friends! I hate to tell you this news, but it has already started to happen regularly, the last few months. The release is postponed for a few days. Reasons: I was invited to a new job. And I had to move to another apartment, the move took a few days. Pros and cons: I have a new job that gives me a certain income, but it takes more time, that is, less time to work on the game than before. But I will try to do my best to make releases regularly.
Milking patrons is a serious issue, but no honest observer would accuse you of doing so based on what I've seen and read. Keep up the good work and congratulations on the new job and apartment, hope you're settling in and staying safe through these dark times.
