Yes it's fixed on 1.03, it's just that the link in OP is still 1.02.

Place the folder of the game in a shorter path, the game probably cannot read the long filename.

2.00/2.02 is the Japanese game which has an MTL translation.

In the OP, I think we have a 1.02 Official English Version. 1.03 doesn't specifically add anything, just fixes a number of bugs.

So there is content in the Japanese MTL version that we don't have with the official version? I guess it's understandable to wait though, some of the lines are pretty funny (inherited by a swarm of ostriches).
