I know, adding to the sex scene is a top priority at the moment. There will be more images, positions and sexual options in the next version.
It's not really an excuse, but there is a reason for the way sex scenes are in version 0.1 though. Unlike creators of massive projects such as Dating My Daughter and Milfy City, I can't really afford to take many risks financially without being sure that those are worth it. Every months needs to bring me new patrons if I want to continue developing my games comfortable (for which I still have a long road ahead of me I'm afraid). So just taking a big risk because you already have $3000 in pledges each month and don't immediately need new pledges to be financially comfortable isn't an option for me at the moment.
While developing this game I already felt like I was taking too many risks as I'm certainly not financially stable enough through Patreon reight now to waste a bunch of time on a game that might not work.
This game was risky for several reasons. One of the being that it isn't really like any other adult game out there (as far as I'm aware). I tried a lot of new things with this game to be unique, but I had no way of knowing if people were going to like that. And developing those new things obviously takes time. A whole lot of time in fact as I can't see how other people did it an need to come up with all the systems myself. On top of that.... randomized sex scenes (although they sort of work right now) took so much longer than most of the players realize. And I'm fine with that as I think the result is worth it, but those two things together do have a huge drawback. I dedicated a ton of time to this game without having a clue about if it was worth it. And as I mentioned, I really can't afford to waste time on a project that isn't going to sucessfull. Especially not if the project is off this massive size.
I started with testing the randomized sex scenes to see if it was possible (because I wasn't sure if I should commit to creating this game at all). But after that I had to make a deadline for myself for when the first version would need to be finished. I knew I couldn't afford to wait any longer without knowing how people were going to react to it. And in my opinion a game without a ton of porn can still be a good game. But a ton of porn without an actual game can't be good. So I switched to creating the actual game and characters until the deadline came up.
But as I said, continuing to work on the sex scenes is a top priority now that the basics are there. Hopefully this didn't sound like me trying to make excuses. I'm simply trying to explain what happened and why it will be better in the next version (if you stick around for that). It basically comes down to risk management for what should be in a first version of a game like this
