I don't know what you're asking me to confirm. Are you wanting me to confirm it happens, or that it turns out to be good for this game? I can confirm that it seems to happen even if you choose a solo Julia path. Whether it turns out as a good thing yet remains to be seen. (Though personally I think it will be fine.)

I will let Noir Desir (the developer) answer that question. I have no idea what there will be in future releases.
The game includes lesbian sex (between Julia and Eva) and threesome (Julia, Eva and the MC). Both are optional now, you don't have to choose this content if you don't want to.

Unfortunately, I wasn't able to finish work on the v9.3 update in June
One more thing. I'm working on three small visual updates. This slowed down work on the v9.3, but I had to learn a few things before the "Kamasutra with Julia", so that was a testing ground. But I think these experiments don't look bad and I hope you like them. The first of these visual updates is almost done, just some minor details left. So it'll be available really soon.
