IL2CPP has been the next evolution of Mono for quite some time now, not sure where you've been hiding LOL. While it does miss out on JIT features (notably runtime code generation, spawning processes, etc.) it offers better performance and mobile device accessibility. Because IL2CPP compiles to native code it does a better job of stopping skids with zero compsci knowledge from clicking a button in a decompiler and doing whatever they want -- but the amount of metadata that's preserved makes mods, cheats, and whatever else still very easy to make. Generally you use Mono for build/debug and IL2CPP for releases.

My point was that this isn't release, so the only reason I could see them using this now is because that had some random issue in runtime, or they were trying to protect their code. Either way, the difference between editing dlls and creating an injector is enough to make modding small, minute changes no longer really worth it.

Most Skids aren't going to bother opening up dlls that mean nothing to them, so it's just an annoyance from my perspective.

Yeah for games like Night of Revenge and Alien Quest EVE, they have fan-made mods that make the game harder (I.E. 100% knockdown/stun every time you get hit, less xp, less dmg, not being able to dash pass enemies but you can jump over, enemies don't get stun-locked or knocked back on hit etc.). People like these mods bc 1) they're masochists 2) they like a good challenge/think the game is too easy or 3) they wanna be able to see the H scenes easier (by getting guaranteed knocked down). Or you're like me and you're all the above.

This game had mods like that, but I think after the unity update and new version of the game they don't work anymore. If they do, then I must've installed them incorrectly (help pls)

Not as of now, the game is still in progress and I believe except the merchant, you can't interact with any other npc during a run (for now)...only other NPC you talk to is the knight, and you can only talk to her at the beginning of the game.

Is the infinite fall when attacking fixed? When I first downloaded 0.3.3, I couldn't watch a single scene outside of the 1.x location.

Nice I like the game specific went I did a nude run. There should be a add H - gallery inside her room, went remove her cloth she should be nude as well in went pressing ESC to see her status.

idk, I've went through 3 runs and made it up to chapter 3 and I feel like I've made 0 progress for anything

it suppose to be a roguelike so everything resets each run. You might be able to make progress as they add more chapters to make runs longer. As of now i think its just a mini feature of what they are planning.

I've installed 0.3.3, followed all of the instructions in attempting to install the cheat helper as well as the cheat GUI. Neither work for me, no matter what I've tried.

The Cheat Helper simply doesn't run. No sound when pressing "F2."

The cheat GUI simply doesn't "see" the game, even after running as admin or making exceptions in my firewall.

Where could I possibly going wrong??

try move game folder to another place and retry. cheats GUI is not exists.

I still can't get past the title screen, I've tried what I was told and it's bugging me. I changed the locale to japanese when extracting it and it just ends up with me being at the title screen, none of the buttons work to get past it and it says I'm at version 0.0.1. Does anyone know how to fix it?

I defeat the first boss, reach the third level and the game screen becomes blurry, but the game continues to run normally
the same happens with the first defeat screen
