i have found a solution with not seeing pic or vids. assets 0.2 have nothing in it, what i did was use core 0.2 with assets 0.1.

Which version are you using? Can you try without the translation?
well, first I used version 0.1 as you explained in the beginning then I went to put version 0.2 in the same way I put the two parts together and when I put version 0.2 I put it in the same folder "subscribing" (is that how you say?) I translated it after the game was ready in google crome

Just updated available alpha build.

Many changes in this one. Assets update from 0.0.1 and 0.0.2-alpha.0 should work fine so just extract and overwrite everything.

I liked it, it answered and fixed the errors right and also made other improvements and showed them all

Hey, guys just a heads up.

My original plan was to release a beta version of 0.0.2 tomorrow. This means that I had to get everything that I want in 0.0.2 to be done today. And it is not going to happen. I am probably just skipping beta and going straight to the 0.0.2 release on Feb 24th.

For releases post-0.0.2 I will adjust to a shortened release cycle.

On top of everything added until alpha.1, 0.0.2 will bring:
  • New chunk of the main questline
  • 4 new events
  • 2 new characters
Apart from system stuff like:
  • Automated testing of both questlines
  • Remake of quest/events system preparing for the quest log

Hello.

Finally took the time to try the 0.0.2 alpha and it was definitely better.
Thanks for fixing the bugs I mentioned. The portraits are working correctly now.

New Event in Estate/Bedroom with Abby
  • She will warn the player about low stats
This event happens when we wake up regardless our stats before going to sleep and it can even be triggered at that time if the stats are already too low. But it's really better that way than a game over.

  • Add Street Maps to all streets/avenues
  • Add locations shortcuts to your phone
  • Add Umove, the app to travel around New Haven
    • Note: This enable travel to streets but only to streets. This will mitigate the problem of skipping over events since to go inside buildings you will have to go through those areas. A cost (and possibly a short cooldown) will be added in later versions.
It's more pratical like this. Plus, all the maps are well done.

  • Add contacts page details section with girls skills and stats
It's good to know those stats but how are we supposed to for others like fitness that aren't indicated yet? And at what point can we enjoy for example anal (I tend not to use that possibility since it costs a lot of energy but decreases both pleasure bars) or be better at anything (sex seems to be as good at 0 than at 1 or 2). Also, oral is just for blowjob but what about pussy licking or rimming (or even other foreplays like kissing tits)?

I focused on triggering them since there was just 2 more events. I've encountered 11 thanks to the changelog but not knowing what we are supposed to do nor the time it's supposed to happen makes it tedious (you're working on that problem so I won't say more).
If possible, you should add something (like a symbol, a color or whatever you want) when entering a room as a warning, letting us know an event/a quest could occur if the conditions are met.

  • Update locations menu to have more places to travel to and new visual menu
    • Tweak Estate and Holding to have a more linear navigation
    • Replace locations text links with thumbnails
    • Add girl's portraits on location's thumbnails
This also contributes to simplify this game, though some characters seems to be appearing at 2 locations at the same time like Lindy in the kitchen and master bedroom :

Also sometimes, sleeping or taking a nap doesn't seem to be available. Is it because of the fatigue or just a bug?

Right now I don't have an easy way to differentiate the character going to sleep from the character waking up. I've seen the event happening in the morning but released anyway to get the warning out. Will think on a better solution.

At lower skill levels anal reduce pleasure. With higher skill it add more pleasure than other actions. For now the only way to increase the skill level is doing it while not running out of energy for full reward. Also sex and anal require higher levels of relationship to be unlocked.

Adding skills is really easy the problem is sorting out the database to have the image to match the action. I'll revisit the sex scene sometime down the road ... I feel it can be a lot better.

It was a bug related to loading/reloading. Next version will fix that.

It is because your energy is too high. Above 80 if I remember.

New sign when an area has a quest that can be taken. They will be available on 0.0.2.

This game is the next level frustrating in micro management.

Have to keep Energy, Hygiene, Mood, Food, Water all above 0.

I went to bed because my energy was at 4, I have 36 hygiene.... Game ends... from hygiene dropping.

I'm one of those wierdos that actually enjoy grind in games I fell it makes the payout all the more sweeter, but I shouldn't have to restart the game because I apparently got so dirty when sleeping that I died.

Mood increased by 10% after getting a blowjob from the maid! How the fuck are you not happier after getting a blowjob?

It plays a 5 second animation whenever you do pretty much anything

When eating because food is low, you have to sit through that 3 times to feel full and then drink some water.


The locations / names of locations for getting around are bizarre, You have to go to the living room to go to the office, kitchen dinning room and 2nd floor to go to bathroom and bed.

To get to your work office you have to click through this...

Looking at all the stats you have to micro-manage and all the clicking you have to do to get somewhere, it seems as if this game has become the new prime example of why people hate sandboxes.
Totally agree on all this. I too like a bit of micro management and grind, but this is on another level.

Its actually a strong start, it just needs some balance changes.
Way too much micromanagement. Having to take a shower at least twice a day to prevent game over? I lost the game twice before even finding my way home from the office. Not worth the trouble to play at this time.
If micromanagement is an issue in any HTML game use this cheat script. It gives you a simple interface to manipulate variables and you can freeze any variables so they don't drop/raise. Its been a godsend for cutting out the faff of some HTML games.

This update should reduce a lot of the problems with the micromanagement. If there are any problems left just let me know.

Windows not case sensitive.
If you want your game be hosted at mopaga for exemple, or running on mobile phones, you'll run onto this problem too.
Windows is the only dumb system that is case insensitive.
Thank goodness for case insensitivity.

Although Windows is SOMETIMES case sensitive.

I played for the first time yesterday:

I modded out the grind by fixing the stats so can't comment on that.

Overal its a good attempt at a HTML build, but its also not doing anything new/unique so i found it really dull. The question the Dev needs to ask is why would somebody play this over the myriad of other male protagonist html games. I guess the most unique thing is it seems close to the trope of 'free use fantasy'. Without a hook players are going to get easily bored and move onto other things, so it either needs to be very streamlined or have a ton of porn to keep people interested. At the moment it has neither.

The UI whilst different I found very clunky, it wasn't always clear to me what i should be clicking

The map and location movement is a chore. Way to many locations with not enough to do. Is there really a need for a food shop and a chocolate shop. I get some of the locations may have more content to come, so its forward planning, but whilst the games in development, don't have so many maps and so many locations. Have them set to variables that only appear after you need them and don't have them appear until there is enough content to justify them.

Quests - there needs to be some form of quest quide. I'm not sure if i completed the game but I didn't find any content after the party to sign over the inheritance. I only played for a couple of days post that, but i'd got bored of it by then so wasn't hooked enough to go searching for quest triggers.

For now, it is just part 1 and 2 out of 4 of the intro. The party idea was to set a few main / side quests that will lead to chapter 1, so more meaty part of history is yet to come and might respond to it. Also a key aspect of my vision of the game is the sandbox element which is currently under developed. It will get more dev time during chapter 1.

I am doing updates to the UI for the next version but they are more focused on immersion. The idea of adding more locations early was to make the world bigger, but I understand that without better system support to show where your attention should be might be more confusing than any thing.

I will address this in the next version either by improving system support or cutting some locations for now.

A guide to what is available in what location is planned. I am currently building a questlog (together with some ui changes) and it will be the next thing.

The dev thread has a pair of screenshots of the changes. If anyone can share thoughts about it I am most interested.
