Wrong. Red Dust is already getting the update ready for a release next week. This guy has quite the dedication to his game and shouldn't be compared to other devs who try to postpone their updates for as long as possible.

Red Dust has delivered on three announced release dates so far and I would bet that he would deliver on this one as well.

Latest patreon post (in accordance with rule No3 - when talking about new update the dev should use words such as "close, soon, almost ready" as often as possible, particularly in dev logs at the months ends) says "so very close to being ready...however another week of polish is needed".

With all do respect but i would much prefer game to be polished and released when it's ready and not rushed. Even tho i don't support this dev i must say you're wrong and i say it in nicest possible way. Red Dust isn't (Scum)Gumdrop. All ready there's more content in this game, story is good, character model all nice, so i don't see reason why to complain. Please be patient, the game will come when it's ready, as the rest of us are.

Joking a bit, yet I have expressed my personal concern regarding this game future.
As for now, the game is at its beginning, and it already has got 5+months developing cycle.
And I have saw a fair share of abandoned projects, one way or another...all of those usually have started with "almost ready" frequent announcements.
This game is one of my favs here, and I do hope that you guys are right, and that this slowing down is just a temporary thing, and the game/dev will be back on track to produce more great updates in timely manner.
p.s.
the same way im hoping for these f95z servers failures to be solved, or at least less frequent than atm :HideThePain:

Seeing an update to one of the sleeper hits on this site makes my incredibly shitty week quite a lot more brighter, thank you :)

At least upload it as a torrent to give us a fair chance at download it the same ducking day

This game could have been really hot if the MC and the other characters aren't constantly crying and brooding all the time. Wth is going on..
