First the game seems very good to me.

The first missions of the game became a bit tedious (in the early versions of the game).

It would give the story a 7/8 and each update improves. I lack characters who come out and disappear x time.

I would like to see more content in every act, but well.... once the game is good and the animations too, only missing content is a good indication.

I'll wait for the following updates that I love about your work.

Neither.

I'd say it contains a general feeling of unease and dread. It reminds me of Pathologic in that the environment provides more of an uneasy feeling. It's a game that works with it's atmosphere more than an antagonist threat.

Are you sure it's a mistake or could it maybe be intended? Some of the characters seem to have, let's say, diffrent speaking patterns or are intended to be "retarded" or unusual.
On another note: It's still in development so, why not just point out mistakes like you did and ask for their fix.

1$ is a paltry sum that doesn't add to much... If 50 new people subbed today, it would only add an extra 50$ at the end of the month. IMO the game suffers primarily from how niche it is, and the fact the visuals aren't for everyone. I don't think money is the issue, but rather the interest (or lack of thereof) folks have in a game like this. If the niche crowd it has can't be generous enough to off-set their low numbers, then it will be hard sailing for the developer.

It is the curse of making a game that doesn't appeal to the masses in large... you either spit out the same formula everyone else is using, hoping for some quick cash, or you try something different, knowing you're taking a bigger risk with less chance of getting a return on your investment.

I have seen Patreon devs with low tiers and a lot of patrons jumping in on those low tiers generating in the thousands. The thing is they remained a patron and not cancel their 1-5$ pledge. If those 50 individuals that would sub today, would also maintain their pledge during the development period i think that would still be beneficial in the overall picture. I do agree with you that this title is niche because of it's dark atmosphere and Lovecraftian vibes, but that doesn't have to be necessarily bad.

What boggles my mind is the fact that there are other titles around with less intriguing content that apparently managed to startle people's interest and got them flocking in, even though they are RPG maker games with static cg and same gameplay as the next RPG maker game or gallery style games.

This project might be niche but i do believe it does have something for everybody, it firstly and mostly tries to be a game with a story and quite generous in h content (it doesn't take that much time to put in and start seeing it). I find that it stands out from all the copy paste games i've seen since i became a member here and there are few titles that manage to do that.
