Performance is incredibly bad, I get average about 10fps on a good machine with a semi-modern video card (GTX 1050). (And for the love of god turn off that horrible motion blur.) (I can run current games fine.)

Game mechanics are clunky at best (I think that's being generous). (When running, you can't really tell when they've stopped chasing you, etc.)
Lots of bad English and typos.
Really doesn't show enough of the game for me to see where it's really going or not (even after looking at the surprisingly non-interactive 'gallery' area.)
I'm assuming the male 3D models/faces are mostly placeholders at this point.

You need to learn how to cull objects. The game runs at 15 frames on anything that isn't a gtx 1080 lol

Yeah, if your plan is to follow the patreon porn model of releasing v0.1/v0.2 for money, you actually want to make something that is playable.

On mid setting, on a 1060 equivalent, I am getting a whooping 20 fps with fog disabled.

Now I know this is a v0.1 so very early, but do keep in mind that your patrons expect something they can actually play.

Faces are made very poorly, even for the main character.
There is no plot or dialogue. Without this, the game has nothing to do.
There is nothing terrible either, only banal sex.
I expected much more from the game.

Whenever you launch the game, engine tries to set up your optimal resolution. Mine default (optimal) res as well is 1920x1080. When I launch the game, engine identifies res correctly. I guess an issue isn't in res, it's in your hardware. Anyway, if you see black screen and hear any sounds try to press ~ (tilda) in game window and insert "r.SetRes 1366x768w". Other res options you'd find in options menu.

How exactly did you stuck? Probably it fixed already (in project) but I would appreciate if you describe situation (in PM to do not make mess here). New update soon, so it might be the answer to you second question.
