What I've done is I've made the the face, less young, (rather than older, there is a difference), I've added some stubble, a few scars on his left side and made his face slightly asymmetrical. Let me know what you think of him now.

The example render that I included probably doesn't do the best highlighting the MC's... masculinity. I'll have another look into the his body shape... at the end of the day, I want him to be muscular and fit, but not a wall of muscle - kind of similar to Tides' current MC's body shape.
This change has no effect on Tides of Succession.
I'll brainstorm some potential names and see what I come up with...
Yeah, I wanted to mention this too, cause from your Dev log based on the ToS ending - MC can be Prince or Lord or... etcI also didn't mention this in the dev-log, but I'm planning to change the name of A Prince's Compass... as the MC is no longer guaranteed to be a Prince. Perhaps A Captain's Compass...?
Thats another game I have on my wishlist it seems more and more devs are releasing on steam lately and I'm very excited about it.This change has no effect on Tides of Succession.
It will impact on Spice Mending, in the sense it creates more branching for me to deal with, as Tides' MC will appear with his chosen LI in Spice Mending. However, the amount of branching in Spice Mending this change causes is much smaller than the amount of branching this change causes in A Prince's Compass.
I also didn't mention this in the dev-log, but I'm planning to change the name of A Prince's Compass... as the MC is no longer guaranteed to be a Prince. Perhaps A Captain's Compass...?
Fun fact: Garou (the dev of Shards of the Past), was actually the one who came up with the title for Tides of Succession.
I wanted to come back and post again saying that I appreciate the amount of thought and consideration the dev has put into the feedback that I and others provided. As mentioned, nothing was taken as harassing, but I want to emphasize that I spoke out because I felt passionate about this project already. At its core, the monogamous, branching, and deep story is what has made me interested in continuing to follow this game to begin with. I trust in the large-scale vision that the dev has in mind because it is readily obvious that they have spent a considerable amount of time and dedication towards it, and it shows.
