There are instructions written at lewdpatcher:

DO NOT EXTRACT - It's not meant to be extracted just copy the file as is to

PC: "Lost Love_Data/LANGUAGES" folder.
MAC: "Contents/Lost Love_Data/LANGUAGES" folder

AFTER INSTALL: Start game, click on the english flag with "UNRATED", then it will apply the patch, and it will remember every time you start the game, so you don't have to click it again.

So, I guess since the latest lewd patch is R6P1 and the previous one was R6, I will just need to wait for a PE P1 patch, right?

No need to wait, the patch was posted before the thread was updated.
You must be registered to see the links

R6P1 is the patch you need for this version.

Im getting the error If you see a White screen, please install "microsoft visual c++ 2015 redistributable line 2"
I reinstalled all of the versions in order multiple times but i cant fix it

yep, same for me, update windows10 didn't help.....

either the archive is crookedly downloaded \ unpacked, or you have invaded the language folder

Possible reasons:
- You extracted the unrated.zip file -> which you shouldn't.
- You installed Visual C++ 2015 on top of a never version (2017/2019) -> You have to install Visual C++ in chronological order (2015 -> 2017 -> 2019).
- Your Visual C++ 2015 version and Game client version do not match -> Game client 64-bit requires VC 2015 64-bit. Same goes for 32-bit.

do I have to start all over again? because if I click save and want to play the new patch, I can't go any further
