For every new update you need a new patch. Latest game version is RL 7. Russian Mod is for an outdated version (R4). You have to wait for AIWA to finish his translation for RL 7.

Personally, same as you, I would love to see a threesome scene with MC, Nika and John or even a scene with Juli, MC, Nika and John.
But I'm not the one who makes the scenes, so I or we only can dream about it.
Let's be honest: Monthly updates will burnout any artist quickly. Look at Braindrop - he used to update monthly and now he hasn't released an update in a few months. Same goes for many other games. Look how many games got the "on hold" tag which received updates frequently.
People really underestimate how time consuming creating renders and animations are. When I get up at 6 in the morning I have to tell Mot to go to sleep because he still is doing final posing before he sends everything into batch-rendering.
More money won't speed up developing time because it is extreme hard to find a second artist who is able to match another artist skill set. Means, you can buy a new render station but still only have a single person doing posing and everything else. (But I don't have to tell you this since you have an artistic background.).
However, I'm sure that RL 8 is going to be lit... maybe we can add some Bacon-Juli action to it (calm your tits you angry mob it's a joke!)
Btw: Milf focused games aren't well supported compare to loli games. If you want to earn some easy bucks then you should create a harem-loli game with medicore renders and people will gladly support your project.
Character customization (design) is one of Mot's biggest skills which makes his characters unique compare to standard DAZ 3D models used in other games.
It's hard to find good and royalty free tracks that go hand in hand with the scenes.

About the update schedule, I was not of course suggesting monthly updates. Just going from 4-5 months (correct me if I'm wrong) to maybe 2,5-3,5 months, with same quality but a bit less content than in last update.
About the less entertaining 2nd half of last update : I understand it could be necessary for the story. But as I tried to say, in terms of "editing" (in the movie sense), it was like the first half was were all the fun was and then most of the "boring" moments were in 2nd half.
My point is : even if the story is what it is, there should have been a way to cut the "boring" part with some segments of fun. That's kind of what Agnes was (if she even was in 2nd half, not sure anymore) but she is a new character. I think a short scene or 2, either really in the past or just MC remembering cool stuff he experienced in the present while still being locked in the past, would have help to eliviate this feeling of unbalance between the 2 halves.
It could have been something like in the previous updates, when MC spends a full week alone with Juli, and various scenes are told very quickly with a few pictures. Maybe something in the past, that has no consequence on the story, with characters MC is supposed to already have relationship with, but told in the "a week with Juli" style. In a movie it would be a montage.
About the good scenes we can't see yet : I liked the MC+Juli+John scene, and the MC+Bacon+Bacon's mom scene, and I hope there will be many more like this. I personnally would enjoy a lot a 4some with MC+Bacon+both of their Moms. Or MC+Bacon+Juli. I would also like a MC+Nika+John, but as I said I don't care much about Nika, so if there is mass protests in the street because virgins wants only MC to touch her, then I can live with it.
Standards are made for mass producing in a factory, not for art, nor sexual fantasies. The previous sharing 3some scenes I mentionned are one of the main reasons I enjoyed this game, and I would be very sad if along the way it lost its will to be different because of external pressure.
Random thoughts :
I usually love loli games (if well made), but in this one the Milfs are so damn nice that it made me enjoy them more than the younger characters.

I also would love to make 3D characters, as I did in the past before I found out what I'm currently doing was a faster way to make money, but I have no time for it nowadays.

I think your remembering the older sister, NOT Dr. River. Sadly, she died from a TRAGIC Pancake overdose. It is SAD that Motkeyz Pancake Addiction tore the family apart this way. WAFFLES, could have prevented this disaster. Of course, some Chocolate Chip Cookies might also help.
