It's a bug, but you can advance through it using "Auto" on your quick menu.

I think theres a scene where you can choose to have your buddy get a BJ from his mother on the beach.

Theres also one where you can choose if you want to share your own mother to your father after they both learned you can time travel. (there's no sex scene about sharing in this one just talking)

It seems to me that Aesouh is likely holding this game hostage for not being included on the new one and Motkeyz would rather just move on than put up with his crap.

I understand everyones concerns, it's been a long ride with the project and we have always delivered and i know that it sucks that this one is seemingly dragged out for a long time, i know its testing peoples patience a lot in that regard and im glad that mot can also provide you with new cool stuff, i know mot is working on his new stuff and it really does look amazing, there are a bunch things to learn from the process but im not a quitter and it's going to be done very very soon, it's not that things are over my head or so, it's just the battle withoutside factors and some things that come with working on a project for very long, somethings also come up just because of the ever changing technical environment, have had questionable tool updates that have required changing and then system updates that have made other htings not work properly, its a dance with time to release something that is stable on all accords when something is dragging out in time, probably the biggest downside of working on the same exact game for so long, but we live and learn and it's going to be amazing, mot has done a fantastic job i want it to be working and presented as intended, which i always been focused on, sorry one of the things when doing this cramming has been to disconnect myself from social media because it's all down to just finishing the project to then look on the next steps after, because this is what we want to do after all, we want to create games to be enjoyed, Thanks everyone

Chapter 2 is the big one as well compared to chapter 1 as you know that was more like an introduction, and its a end to a long era to wrap it up. And im so much looking forward to it, after all its our baby we have worked on for so many years, lots of time effort and sacrifices and passion and long days and nights to make a game

Even my rig is telling me it's been a long journey when harware and perriferals have been giving up >_<

Just had a look at his patreon page and all I read was about another game, "Alternate worlds"...
Then, I finally found this:

This DOES mean this game is fully abandoned already, right?

No, it doesn't mean that.

It means we're still waiting on Aesouh, and Motkeyz has been getting flack for both that and for doing the sensible thing of getting on with his other game that would've released after Timestamps was finished if Aesouh had finished up already and "on time".
