just add and select in the Main Menu top right corner "English Unrated".

I ended up deleting 'English' and renaming 'English_Unrated' to 'English'. Your way seems better, heh.

Did you try to turn off your Anti Virus (AV)? Try to re-download the game.

Check windows for updates etc.. also your gpu.
