First download the Incest patch, you can find in the Op
After this , just copy the file ( NOT EXTRACT, but COPY ) as is to in the right folder , where you installed the game :
PC: "Unconditional Love_Data/LANGUAGES" folder.
Edit : Thank you @a.i.w.a. to remind me : after that you copied the patch in right folder , in the main menu in right side , click the Unrated Flag

I downloaded the game for windows, and tried to extract it, but it's password protected. Does anyone know the password, tried searching but most password talk had to do with the incest patch.

If you downloaded it here, there is no password protection. And there is no password for the incest patch unless you try to extract it, which, as has been said many times, you should not do.

Soon
The only file which is password protected is the storage.vngine. All other files are without protection.
And you don't need to extract storage.vngine file, because Unity does it for you during the gameplay ;-)

I'm guessing he ask because he want the CG and since he already have the game it's kinda pointless downloading 1+Gb again (unless no one is sharing the password
).
