Because your date system isn't set to Gregorian calendar. Change it and you can load your save again.

i remember seeing this game in 2018 and hesitated to play it because it is unity.

Ok, let me ask my regular question:
- Do you see background images in Save/Load and Settings panel?
(If yes, then Visual C++ 2015 is working! If not then you need to install Visual C ++ 2015. Note: C++ 2015 needs to be install before 2017 or newer!)
- Your saves belong to an earlier build version: All saves before v1.0 do not work!
- Use of an outdated incest patch: download the lasted available incest version - click on the flag on the main menu. Note: Do not delete the English language file!
- Check your save folder: Are there any saves?
Save location: %localappdata%/VNGINE/Timestamps Unconditional Love/Saves

Thanks. From what you wrote everything indicates that you can't load your saves, which normally is the case when people do not use Gregorian Calendar system.
Have you tried to change your time zone to EU or USA? People from South-East Asia and Arabic countries did this sometimes.
EDIT: If changing time zone and date system do not work, then please upload your player.log file (stored in AppData as well) here.

Player_log file is text file and people uploaded it many times before on F95.

As thought, your date system is wrong. Are you probably using an Windows version where you can't change your date system? I saw something like that in my unregistered Windows 10 version.
damn how long has it been since i have played this all my save files are gone, i swear it couldn't have been more then like 6 months

So, I was wondering about this issue with different Calendars. Is it REALLY an issue with the Calendar OR is the problem with traveling thru time, causing difficulties converting to new DATES? Yes, Aesouh has FAILED us with his programing that can't change what day it is. Oh, how HORRIBLE it is that we must suffer.

I changed the regional format of date to English language, and it solved the problem
