Nothing to do with the quality of the game, but with your computer's CPU.
A 32bit (x86) system can't run 64bit applications. A 64bit system however can run both 32bit + 64bit applications.

Unless some dillweeds decide to remove 32 bit support because they hate their users.

Note: AppData is a hidden folder possible that you need to unhide hidden folder first.

If the game crash during the handjob animation it is more likely that it is an issue with your system and not with game.
Please make sure that your graphic card driver isn't outdated. Feel free to post your player.log file, then I can take a look at it. The file is stored in your user's hidden appdata folder.

Replaying the game after like a year, damn the writing at the beginning of the game sucks ass. "MC and his younger sister stole their mom's modeling career" 2 seconds later " yea your older 3 sister was killed in a car crash" ??? so MC wasnt the reason her career ended then? the consistency of a porno movie.
