uninstall old C ++ 2015 and all subsequent ones - they will prevent you from installing an earlier version.
Then you can install the following

I try it again but I can't Install it because there was some issues. I Think Because of my Dev C++

You could try to delete Dev-C++ and install VC++ 2015 to see if it solves your problem. Not sure if you can install Dev-C++ afterwards.. Well, it is up to you to try it.

This means that you are correctly unpacking the archive and editing ..
You're not packing back correctly - that's why you get a white flag

Can somebody tell me how the scenes in this game work?
Obviously I know that I can pause them and skip to the finsh, but do they progress automatically or do I have to click anywhere for the next sequence?

And my second question is: What does the arrow next to the mute button do? I can´t recognize any change in the scene when I click on it...
