where does the incest patch go i downloaded it and it just says English_Unrated where do i install the files where the exe is or in the data folder of the game?

How do i skip through some of the animations or at least fast forward them? its so annoying always having to sit through 10 secs of sometimes pointless animations.
I extracted the files to this folder but they dont seem to be using them. I read the dialouge of the patch and not what I am getting in a new game.

Don't extract the zip file, just save it there and select the unrated file from the game's main menu (upper right corner).

not sure what is going on but for some reason i cant get past the first text dialogue when the game stars. soon as "blahblahblah" comes up im stuck. i reviewed keybinds to make sure but every time i try to start the i get stuck at that same spot. anyone have the same issue or know what. thanks in advance.

In the game folder, be sure to do a back up of it before installing everything just to be sure.

Make sure you didn't extract the English.zip or English_Unrated.zip file in Game_Data/Language folder.
i dont even have the unrated file downloaded let alone extracted. im working with the game as it is in its orriginal state. the enlish language folder is still zipped

Is your screen black too? If so, install Visual C++ 2015 x86 or x64 according to the game you have. Make sure your install VC 2015 before 2017/2019 or newer.
